The March Portland SharePoint User Group meeting will be held on Wednesday March 21st, 2012. This month AvePoint will present an overview of DocAve6 and discuss Governance Automation.
Please note the parking location and remote attendee option is on the LinkedIn Group Site or the Portland SharePoint User Group Portal.
Lunch will be provided by AvePoint and as in previous months we need to get a headcount of how many folks will attend and want lunches. We’ve set up a survey that allows you to change your response so if you initially plan on attending but something comes up you can re-open the survey and let us know. If you plan to attend please be sure to complete the survey by Monday, March 19th at noon since we have to place the lunch order that afternoon. Aashish Warty, AvePoint TSP, will present a platform overview of DocAve6 and discuss Governance Automation, due for release next quarter. Aashish will cover the architecture of DocAve6 and touch on each of our solution areas and how the platform solves challenges around SharePoint management, protection, optimization, integration, and reporting. We will also review a client scenarios such as pushing custom solutions between farms, storage management and hybrid migration and content publishing options for Office365.
