Overview

Welocalize is a global leader in language and localization services, with teams spread across continents and time zones.
The challenge?

Connect thousands of employees, break down silos, and create a digital “home base” for collaboration, communication, and culture.

We built WeLounge, a modern SharePoint intranet that empowers the Welocalize global team to work, share, and connect from anywhere.

Problem Statement

The old intranet was… well, old.

  • Disorganized content and outdated resources

  • No easy way to highlight team wins or company news

  • Teams felt disconnected from leadership and each other

  • New hires had no clear place to start

When a company grows this fast, chaos is just around the corner.

Goals

  • Create a single source of truth for news, updates, and resources

  • Highlight global team stories and shared wins

  • Make it easy for every employee to contribute ideas and feedback

  • Support onboarding, ongoing training, and real-time collaboration

  • Reflect Welocalize’s vibrant, people-first culture
